Today (May 15, 2010) we had a round trip to Frank lake, 110 km riding. We started at 10 a.m. from Somerset C-train station (Calgary) and rode to “High-River”, a small town near the Frank lake. From High-River we rode about 10 km to Frank lake. We got back to Somerset C-train station at 4:30 p.m.
