And the journey begins

What an amazing start! Thanks so much to everyone who joined us today for the kick off event. We met at 8:00 AM in front of MacEwan student centre at the University of Calgary and started the trip at 8:45 AM as a group of 12. We cycled to Edworthy park and after a short stop, turned to Bowness road and then to 85st NW. We then took Nose Hill drive up to Crowchild trail and from there some of us accompanied the cyclists to Cochrane.
Mehdi, Mohsen and Majid are now on the road to Canmore where they will stay for the night after pedalling 111 km!
